Mother's Day Air Freshener

Hello and Happy Monday!

Today I am posting an air freshener that I gave to my mother-in-law for Mother's Day.  I am addicted to this easy Pinterest project!  I used 8-12 drops of lemon essential oil with the 1/2 cup of baking soda.  Mmmmm....it smells terrific!  Decorate your short/wide mason jar (I found mine at Walmart) with design paper of your choice and add your desired embellishments!  Don't forget to poke some holes in the design paper so the scent of the essential oil can fill the air!  Quick, easy and oh so cute!!!

My son is graduating from high school in a couple of weeks, so I have been busy making his graduation dinner invitations and cupcake toppers.  I haven't had time to do much else.  I will be back doing my favorite Splitcoast challenges soon!  Thanks so much for looking today!

Petunia Door Hanger

Hello!  Another rainy day here in Minnesota.  What better way to spend the day than stamping!

Today I did the Inspiration challenge over at www.splitcoaststampers.com.  I used some vintage door hangers as my inspiration.  Sticking with the victorian/vintage theme I used a weathered background stamp and distressed all edges.  I also added some pearls as they always remind of vintage!

I used a digital image called Petunia by McMahon Five Designs.  You can find this digi at www.mcmahonfivedesign.com.

Football Birthday Card

Today I am posting a card that I made for the Friday Free For All challenge over at www.splitcoaststampers.com.  We were to make a boy birthday card.  I used this perfect
digital image called Football by D' Amour Allure.  You can find this digi at www.mcmahonfivedesign.com.  I almost always use the Parisian Breeze DP when making
boy cards.  I just love the color combination.  Sadly, I am almost out of it...NOOOO!  I like
to use the Martha Stewart star punch on boy cards, too.  They add that little something extra!
