Sweet Pea Ready For Some Holiday Shopping!

Jolly Santa


Happy Monday! We had our first snow over the weekend...around three inches. I am starting to feel festive!! :) Today I made a card for the clean and simple challenge over at splitcoaststampers. The theme was either winter or Christmas. I used this darling digital Santa image by Studio 313. The set is called Funny Little Christmas and can be found at www.mcmahonfivedesign.com. I distressed the edges and scored the cherry cobbler panel.

Winter Wonderland


Hello! It is very cold here in Minnesota...BRRRR!!! Wish I was going on vacation somewhere nice and warm! Oh well! Smile!


Happy Monday!!
Today's card is for the clean and simple challenge over at splitcoast. The theme today was "party". I used this cute digital image by Studio 313 called Molly Clownin' Around. She is totally ready to party!! I thought is would be fun to color her with some bold basics and then add some matching buttons. I pierced the borders and added some texture with my birthday cuttlebug folder.

Sparkle Cone


Hip Hip Hooray...it's Friday!!! Today over at Splitcoast we were to make a card using our favorite go to items when making a card. What a fun Free For All challenge! Well, I almost ALWAYS use ribbon and sponging. I am horrible at clean and simple cards! I just have to keep adding embellishments!! :) Lately, I have been using lots and lots of Dazzling Diamonds. I just love the added sparkle! Today I used this cute image from a set called Cool Treats by Studio 313. This sweet image screamed for added sparkle!! :)

Merry Penguin


Hello! Well, it is a cloudy, cold and windy day here....what a perfect day to make a card! Today I made a card for the Ways To Use It challenge over at www.splitcoaststampers.com. We were to fill the "space" on our card with a 3D item. I filled my empty space with three jumbo scallops and added some jumbo glitter brads. I lifted the scallops a bit to make them 3D. I also used a ribbon and jumbo scalloped circle with white gel pen dots to fill in even more empty space! Love this new digital image by Studio 313. It is called Merry Penguin. Isn't he so cute?! I added lots of glitter on this festive holiday card!
