Butterfly Thanks!

Hi and Happy Friday!!!

Today I made a card for the Free For All challenge over at www.splitcoaststampers.com.  We were to make a Tent Topper card.  I followed the tutorial link that was provided and lets just EASY!!!  I need a few thank you cards, so that is what I chose for my sentiment.

I used a wonderful and versatile digital set called Modern Flowers by Studio 313.  You can find this set at www.mcmahonfivedesign.com.  I colored the image with my copics and went with the color scheme in the Springtime Vintage DP.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

Air Fresheners

Hello!

Today I am posting two pictures of some DIY air fresheners.  I found this fantastic idea on Pinterest.  You can click on the following blog which explains just how easy this project is!  http://smashedpeasandcarrots.blogspot.com/2012/03/easy-baking-soda-air-freshener-tutorial.html
I found the short/wide mason jars at Walmart.  There were four in the pack.  I used lemon essential oil in one and orange essential oil in the other.  They smell soooo good!  Add some design paper and a few embellishments and you now have a darling air freshener!

These would be cute to give as a hostess gift, a birthday gift or a just because gift!!!  I plan on making many many more!!!  Thanks for stopping by today!!!

I made a birthday stick using this very fun to color digital image called Your Birthday Has Arrived by McMahon Five Designs. This digi can be found at www.mcmahonfivedesign.com.

I cut two different sized circles using my Fiskars circle template and pierced the larger one. I added two stars using the Martha Stewart star punch and taped to a wide popsicle stick. Used some dimensionals and ribbon and there you have it...one birthday stick!
